The determination of the schedule of each project is done by the Project Management Director, who assigns the execution of the project to the respective Heads of the departments according to the Project Management methodology.
More specifically:
• Formulates the detailed schedule of the project taking into account the contractual obligations, the availability of staff and required materials, tools and equipment
• Distributes responsibilities among the Heads of the involved departments and appoints the respective Project Manager according to his qualifications for the best customer service
• Controls and monitors the progress of the project until its completion
